Coach Joseph & Cedenio

ST GEORGE’S, Grenada, February 22, 2012 - Double Junior CARIFTA medallist Machel Cedenio of Trinidad and Tobago is undergoing a two-week training stint in Grenada under Coach Albert Joseph.
Cedenio, who won the Boys' U-17 200m and 400m double at the CARIFTA Games in Montego Bay, Jamaica last year, has been training with the Gouyave-based SpeedZone Track Club at the Cuthbert Peters' Park in St John.
In the photo posted, Cedenio was seen doing some 500m splits with some of the SpeedZone’s athletes.
Cedenio fell short of capturing a medal in the 400m at the World Youth Championships in Lille, France last July when he finished fourth in a personal best of 46.89 seconds.
SpeedZone is the home club of World 400m Champion Kirani James of Grenada.
