Grenada plays Antigua in football friendly


Grenada will play Antigua and Barbuda in an international friendly before departing for the CONCACAF Gold Cup Tournament early next month.

Coach Mike Adams and his coaching staff are expected to showcase its full complement against the Antiguans in the friendly on Friday May 27 at the National Stadium. The kick-off is 8:00 p.m.

Prior to the international friendly, the Grenada Football Association (GFA) will kick-off its 2011/12 season with an opening game involving two Premier League teams.

Paradise FC takes on GBSS in the season opener beginning at 6:00 p.m.
