This seemed to have been "a stroll in the park" for Kirani. and I am happy to dsee him use these mneets to sharpen his raceing skills.
As for Rondell, look out, that third place is a great psycologigal boost for him. He finally finished on the medal stand and that should do him a world of good. Forget his time in this race as some of you would want to critique; the important thing is to get his mind back on winning. That does a lot for any human being who is competitive. Remember, successs breeds success.
