Joseph, completed the Grenada

James said: “I
feel good with the win but the time wasn’t impressive to me or to the fans or
anybody really. I didn’t really feel any pressure but my legs weren’t
going for me as I would like. It’s been a long season and I’m just glad it’s
over right now.”

he won the 400 m at the 2009 Pan American Junior Championships. This year,
he added more victories at the Junior CARIFTA Games and the NCAA Outdoor
