RGPF: St Andrew man dies following traffic accident

ST GEORGE’S, May 9, 2012 - 39 years old Clive Neptune, Laborer of Grand Bras, St. Andrew is currently assisting police with their investigations following a road traffic accident which left another St. Andrew man dead on Saturday 5th May, 2012.
Sheldon John, 30 years of Lakabakae, Paradise, St. Andrew reportedly succumbed to injuries sustained as a result of being ran over by a vehicle which was driven by Neptune. The incident occurred at approximately 04:50 a.m. 
John was found lying on the side of the Lakabakae road.
An autopsy report revealed that he died owing to hypovolemic shock and multiple injuries to the body as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
Neptune who failed to remain at the scene of the accident has since been charged for driving without a driver’s license, driving an unlicensed motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.
John’s death is the first recorded vehicular traffic related accident for the year.
